Maybe good genes and healthy lifestyle are the factors which helped her maintain her beauty.

It seems much more likely that she has decided to age gracefully without any help of plastic surgery. Having in mind that the actress is close to her 50s now, she looks absolutely beautiful and she doesn’t need any kind of plastic surgeries to look that way.
